Primavera customer support is available around the world on weekdays. You may contact support by telephone, fax, e-mail, and online web-chat support.
Please have your product serial number available when you contact us. Your product serial number can be found on either the Help, About screen in the software or on the Installation Disk. For product licenses purchased after January 1st, 2009, your serial number can be determined by using the CSI number on the Oracle Welcome Letter combined with the product code identifier found at http://www.oracle.com/primavera/support.html.
Support is available by e-mail during the support office hours listed below. Real-time on-line chat Support is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm and Saturday from 9am to 2pm Eastern US Time (Greenwich Mean Time - 5).
